Wednesday Night Art is a relaxed, joy-filled weekly 2-hour Art Session at Moongala, Bentleigh East (Weds 7–9pm, ). Each week: a new tool/technique to help you let go, play, and build confidence and skill in your art making. Beginners & experienced artists welcome. EARLYBIRD price $180 for 9-weeks.

A mid-week creative reset to let go, experiment, and grow your unique artist voice.

What we’ll do
Each week we’ll explore a new tool or technique—from mark-making and mixed-media layers to composition, colour play, texture building and finishing moves. Underneath it all is time to let go, play, and build skills and confidence. Expect demos, playful prompts, and gentle guided support.

Who it’s for
Perfect for beginners and experienced artists. While the focus is abstract, watercolourists and realistic painters will also benefit from the freedom to explore, allowing them to get more in touch with their own unique voice and style - looser brushwork, adventurous colour, and fresh approaches to composition and texture.

Bring 
A full materials list will be emailed to you once you book. You will need to bring your favourite brushes/mark-making tools, a sketchbook or mixed-media paper (A3/A4), some paint, an apron/paint shirt and your enthusiasm! 

Good to know
Small group (limited to 10). Friendly, relaxed environment. Wheelchair-accessible venue.

• EARLYBIRD Term Fee - $180: Best value ($20 per class), book before December 31.
• Term Fee - $225

Please note unattended classes are not refundable.

Can I join after it has started?

Yes, each week focuses on different materials, tool or skills, so it will be fine to slide in at different points of the Term.

How many spots are available?
Small group; limited to 8 seats. Once filled checkout will close.

What if I miss a week?
There will be one 'make-up' lesson available subject to demand.

Refunds
Term Fees are non-refundable once your first session has been used, but you may transfer remaining sessions to a friend.

Easy on-site parking available, enter the car park from Bignell Road. We are in the first class room on the right of the Car Park.
